Refund policy

Wynn's Retail has a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that the customer received it, and in its original packaging. Customer will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via email at dwynnecommerce@gmail.com OR clicking the Contact Us tab located at the top and bottom of the website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Our support team will notify the customer once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, and let the customer know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded towards the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your bank statements.
